Air Transportation: Our tours and packages do not include international airfare from your destination country. We do provide airfare for all domestic flights within our tour itinerary. Prices and cancellation penalties will apply if you cancel your trip or change air reservations before or after departure. Accommodations: All quoted tour prices include accommodations based on double occupancy. There is a supplemental fee for single occupancy accommodations. Meals: Some meals are included in the tour price as stated in the itinerary. If you request to have more or less meals included please contact your sales agent at Maya Temple Tours. Baggage: Please contact your international air carrier for your maximum air baggage allowance. On charter flights in Honduras and Central America, most airlines allow for two normal size pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total of 140 lbs. All baggage is at the tour member´s risk while on tour, however, Maya Temple Tours will do its best in making sure that it is properly stored and safeguarded while on your tour. Gratuities, Taxes and Entrance Fees: All our tour packages include a 16% sales tax. This includes hotels, meals, and entrance fees to parks and places of interest included in the itinerary. Our tours however do not include tips to bellboys, drivers, guides and escorts, they are at your discretion. Reservation and Deposits: A 50% deposit of the total price for the package is required to confirm reservation. Balance of payment is due at least 15 days before departure with large groups (4+) and with small groups (1-4), balance is due before departure. Cancellations: For large groups, if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to your departure, your initial deposit will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. If cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your departure, $150 administration fee will be charged plus any additional charges for late cancellations that Maya TempleTours incurrs. For small groups, If cancelled within 1 week prior to your departure, your initial deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. If cancelled less than 1 week prior to your departure, $25 administration fee will be charged plus any additional charges for late cancellations that Maya TempleTours incurs. Insurance/Limitations of Liability: Maya Temple Tours is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal property, for injury, accidents or illness. Maya Temple Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary when deemed advisable for the comfort and safety of passengers. Not included in our quoted prices: The following items are not included if otherwise stated in the tour itinerary: personal expenses such as beverages and alcoholic drinks, laundry and room service, gratuities to your escort, guide, or driver, excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport departure tax, meals not specified in your itinerary, and personal travel insurance coverage
